Easy PDF Privacy Policy

Easy PDF respects your privacy. This app is a local document scanner and PDF manager. It processes scanned documents on your device and stores document data locally.

1. Information We Process

This app may process:

• Scanned images and PDFs created or imported by the user
• Document titles, categories, tags, and metadata
• OCR text extracted from documents
• Local image thumbnails and processed page files
• Device information required for advertising and app functionality

2. How Data Is Used

We use this information to:

• scan, crop, rotate, enhance, and organize documents
• generate PDFs and manage document pages
• support OCR-based search and document viewing
• display ads through Google AdMob

3. Local Storage

Most files and document data are stored locally on the device. This app does not currently provide a user account, login system, cloud upload feature, or remote cloud storage service.

4. AdMob

This app uses Google AdMob for advertisements. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and related device data as required by Google’s advertising policies. We do not sell personal data.

5. No Account or Cloud Backup

This app does not require sign-up or sign-in. We do not currently store user documents in a remote server or cloud database.

6. Data Retention

Documents and related data remain stored on the device until the user deletes them or uninstalls the app.
